Geary's Bakery starts baking for the first time at its family home of Ratby Leicestershire (Born & Bread)
When Charles Geary opened the first bakery in 1906, he had one thing on his mind: baking fabulous bread. Baking comes naturally to us. Using perfected recipes passed down through the family, and always innovating with new recipes and ideas. For over four generations we’ve mixed, proved and baked a huge variety of different breads, rolls and loaves…and today we're still baking fabulous bread.

Geary's celebrates 100 years of baking, which has seen the business move with the times to produce a great selection of craft bread. By staying true to the long fermentation process, but keeping innovation at the forefront, it’s a truly great combination.
After huge growth over the last decade, Geary's invests £15m to build a brand new state of the art bakery, which will allow the continued expansion in line with our vision and strategy.
