Just in time for Sourdough September, Jason’s Sourdough launches its Superb Sprouted Grains loaf as part of their Straight Up Sourdough range, available from 6th September.
Jason’s founder, fourth-generation Master-baker, Jason Geary, has created a loaf that bursts with texture and flavour for the ultimate Sourdough experience.
Crafted with perfection, the sprouted spelt grains are soaked in the famous Jason’s Sourdough culture, before being added to the final dough, which goes through the unique long fermentation process to create a delicious flavour and superb quality.
The loaf brings all the deliciousness that Jason’s is famous for, alongside the health benefits associated with Sprouted grains, such as gut-health properties and higher nutritional content, providing an easy choice for your new everyday sliced bread.
The new loaf will be launching into Tesco, alongside The Great White loaf, to complete a perfect Straight Up Sourdough range.
Pre-sliced and perfect for your toaster, Jason's loaves include the added benefits of sourdough, such as being more gentle on the gut. Each loaf is packaged in a paper bag with a transparent window and re-sealable label, to showcase the delicious sourdough inside, whilst giving a truly authentic, craft bakery experience that sets Jason’s loaves apart from regular bread.

Jason’s Sourdough is slow proved over twenty-four-hours, typical of artisanal sourdough, delivering that special and unique flavour that the loaves are famous for.
