All products produced are either sponge or sour dough based,
from our Crusty Bloomer, Rustic 100% Wholemeal, Traditional Farmhouse, Cottage Loaf, right through to the famous Rearsby Loaf, which still retains the same recipe from conception
in 1953.



Our range of morning goods include such favourites as our luxury baps, hand cut sub rolls, fresh baguettes, through to crusty cobs which are produced using our own recipe to deliver full taste throughout.

The popularity of our hand finished luxury scones has been so successful that this department now concentrates on the development of this product, from rich plump Sultana Fruit Scones through to our melt in the mouth Butter Scones with other variations including full Cheddar Cheese, Apricots and Honey, Cherry, Chocolate and Orange and even through to trialling one that contained Marmite Extract!


Our team of 5 in the New Product Development Department have over 78 years of artisan and craft bakery experience between them, every day we are working on Blue Sky products that sometimes are in development for a few years before they reach the market.
